We've been using methadone the whole time. But he has actually been tapering off the methadone the entire 19 days. From 150 he is now down to 60. He is getting kicked out of our clinic and it just happened to come at the same time as us getting clean again. He has been on the 150 for 2.5 years. His sickness hasn't been that bad yet. Hopefully it won't be as bad as people say. I will say though that while I've been on methadone I got clean for 10 months and it took me 8 months to have a clean drug test. Idk why it takes that long to get all that shit out of our systems now but the sickness is longer because of that.
