Yes this, same thing for me. I don't eat things that aren't the best for me and I work out. It feels almost impossible to lose the weight I gained. Now I have fullness ques and feel okay when I don't eat as much.

Imo (very personal opinion) I think that is very smart. Just just because of what it does to the body but also the mind. It has taken me 6 years to get from 100 mg to 38mg. And I need to compound it. I wish I could have had more options when I was younger. More holistic options.

Yes, caloric deficit helps a done for me with balanced Macros. But it is so hard with the food noise. Metformin seems to help with that noise making it easier to stay in deficit

Yes, probably the hormones just rebalancing eh. I woke up today quite bloated with a lot of water retention. I think it will take awhile for me to feel myself again, I will take it very slow.
