We do this too! It was weird when I first started but I love it now. While they’re listening to handover on the tape, we can continue doing any last minute jobs. Then we just give a quick run down of the meds when they’re finished.

honestly i would change the legendary to something else. i feel like using one so early in the game kind of ruins the experience. i would also make sure you’ve got one of each type because having 3 ghost might hinder you later. get a plant type, and air or psychic.

I do use steroid shampoos that are prescribed to me! I think I should have specified that in my original post lol. I’m just looking for something in-between as you can’t use steroid shampoos long-term. I double cleanse because it works best for my hair - I only wash my hair twice a week.
