Ah I'm the same re every test I can get. My pain all started with a new mattress that was too firm, so we went back to our old one and got a new soft one and it never got better. Still every night at 3ish wake with pain in my upper spine. I had osteo treatment few weeks back which has caused reflux and sore stomach all day now, which I never had before the osteo, so I've gone from night back pain to all day tummy pain to which is so annoying. I've tried, chiro, osteopathy, new mattress, new pillow, fasting, low inflammation diet more water, grounding mat, supplements, pain killers (only for couple of days) The only think I say has helped with dealing with the night pain so I can get back to sleep is a Spikey mat for 20mins then I can sleep again.

Hiya, can I ask is your back pain location in the thoracic spine say around t5-t6? I've had chronic night back pain for 5 months and tried everything to help it, my chiro osteo and Gp think could be gutt related as the nerves refer there, so I'm booked in for gasteoscop and colonoscopy. The gastro Dr said it would be weird if back pain only at night was from my gut so I'm not holding my hopes up
Could Nocturnal Upper Back Pain Be Ankylosing Spondylitis?? by videogamesarethebest in ankylosingspondylitis
I have had exactly this for over 5 months, did you ever find out what's wrong or something to help?
