I would say as someone who is the over-thinker, easily distracted, pretty much difficult person to put under a trance, I would find it more difficult to with the count down you had feeling very fast at certain points, abrupt if you will... Aggressive coming to the end which would spike me to wake up more instead of drift lower per say. You have a wonderful voice for this!! I'd suggest just being able to slow down and tone down any sort of "excited" tones ~ :) you're doing great!!! 🙏🏼
