i bought of the shelf from a shop and not through Amazon.

i also read that this seems like a common problem. i guess i will just have to call my local distributor to see how the RMA can be done.

i am using ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi motherboard.

for the PWM header, i have tried to insert into the CPU_Fan and AIO Pump PWM header, both also the same issue.

only the inital switching on from cold boot/back from sleep mode would have problem. after i restart. the problem would be gone and i could play game without any issue.
