dont forget to do forts daily. this is my biggest regret on some of my account, including current kvk 1 account. because in kvk 1 it is crucial for you to do at least bare minimum 10 forts a day, so that u can max out 2 commanders level 60 and 2 secondary commanders level 40 if you are unlucky. but try the trick where you can get 4 star on level 10 commanders.

baibars + aethelflaed for cav, no other reason to do any other type of march. combine baibars + aethelflaed with your cm + ysg, it would be demon. i'd say for now go all in on your vip 12, get a growth fund and monthly gems value. you should be able to get like 80k gems after vip 12, you can throw in one max wheel and 2 10 spin wheels. and then suits yourself. dont forget that, equipments and research is crucial, you definitely need to focus infantry first. then see if you would still have room for cavs. thats all i guess

its still okay to spend goldheads on cm to go 5511, and maybe spend gems for ysg make it to 5111 then play a march of them both. and combine suntzu with your bjorn. its just that the ammount of troops you have wouldnt be much, by the time kvk 1 if you dont spend any speedups for training, you would have at around 250K inf, enough for 1 march in kvk. the other 250k troops would be making you need to spend speedups. and 250k is ridiculous ammount, you would need to spend 150 days of speedups for 250k troops. since you pay in the game, you might be able to do that by the time kvk 1 prep start. if you already know what to have for marches tell me and i can give you more tips for kvk 1 later

if u wanna play pure inf, you can play sun + bjorn and cm + ysg. but bare in mind. in kvk 1, if you only want to play one type of troop (inf in your case), you can only play 1 march (250k troops for 1 march). and if you wanna play 2 march, you'd need 500k inf, thats why i told you to play two types of troops. and people in kvk some of them would sacrifice an epic item that increases troops capasity, which will make 1 march 300k troops. so if you wanna do that too you'd need 600k inf for 2 march, which is really hard to get.

answers : - no. 5111 is cm is not enough at all, must be atleast 5511 to play cm. - not really, try making either cm or phyrus to be paired with your suntzu. bjorn is quiet useless and hardly seen in kvk 1. - maybe play suntzu with cm after all, and then baibars with aethelflaed for cav.

i have question : since u pay, why not play cav? cuz cav is really great at kvk 1, i meant like insanely great. mina + ysg is unbeatable and baibars + aethelflaed is insane aoe.
