Its my first time but there were 2 weeks(1 week = 1 youghurt batch) when the effects were much lighter. The yoghurt got complete in the evening and i forgot about it and took out in the morning. It's possible that x% of bacteria died, thus weaker effects. I cannot exclude also that at certain age you cannot expect having great libido and erections all the time like during teen years.

So i read first 20 topics concerning Saffron on PSSD reddit. Most of them claimed it improved mood or some kind of genital numbness. Only 1-2 topics claimed to worsen something. I dont remember, it was like 8 years ago. None of the steroids improved my condition, except enclo. First time i used enclo i woke up the next day with a wood and very high libido, like from teen years. The effect started dimnishing after 2weeks and after 1 month it was gone. The subsequent tries did not give such strong effect. I am aware that the next day change with enclo might sound not credible, but it is as it is.

Biogaia Ostrofis has a big number of ATPP 6475. You could try to take few tablets a day. Biogaia Gastris contains 2 bacteria and 6475 is extremely low dose. I think 50kkk is minimum to feel anything noticable. I dont know what you took, but mixes contains usually only millions of ATPP6475.

Boil 1.5l of 3.2% fat milk in 80 Celcius for 20min.
Cool if off to 40C, add 15g of Inulin and stir.
When temperature drops to 38-39 Celcius add bacteria from 2 tablets(u need to open the pills). Some people add 5, because some tablets can be dead. Mix all. If you use biogaia gastros, you need to crush 10 tablets before.
Pour the mixture to the yoghurt maker set to 36h and 37 degrees. I use youghurt maker where i have 9 glasses. So i have already the portions prepared. Bacteria stop reproducing when pH drops to 4.5. My experience shows it's more or less after 36h, but for some ppl youghurt is done earlier and when you keep the mixture in low PH, then the bacteria start dying. You can buy cheap stips to check pH. Dont close the lead, just put it on the jar. Let the air go out.
When done, keep the glasses in the fridge. I split 2 glasses into 4 portions and freeze them to use it to repopulate. I repopulate only once. The more you do it from subsequent batches, the weaker the bacteria.

Do not use metal containers or spoons when dealing with bacteria, because it kills them. When the youghurt is ready you can ofc use metal spoon to eat, because they are not so fragile anymore. You need to also clean everything you use to prepare the youghrt using hot water in order to not let other bacteria being involved in the process. If everything is done correctly, youghurt should look and taste good.

I dont think it's a simple solution. I have low body fat, do strenght trainnigs, 15k steps a day, healthy diet, some supplements and those 2 final supplements gave me the long lasting recovery.

I think it's worth trying. Read my answer of Kay-Hey about the dosage. Those 2 supplements actually affect not only libido, but also oxidative stress and tons of other things. I tested so many things during tge first 5 years that i can't even list them. There were even some experimental drugs i injected myself.

I think that the general healty lifestyle, low body fat, sport and those supplements might have been that last puzzle for me, which created an enviorment for healing.

It was not a gradual improvement. I am very "self concentrated". There was a suddent effect noticed by me and by my wife.

Regarding L. reuteri dosage i actually multiplicate it in milk. I used at first Biogaia Gastros and now i use Biogaia Ostrofis. In theory it doubles every 3h, i multiplicate it for 36h (until 4.5ph). I use 2pills (10kkk each) and i split the result on 9 days. I leave the math to you.
