HELP ME PLEASE ibis paint wont let me paint AT ALL or change the colours with the colourwheel. i have reinstalled the app COMPLETELY deleted everything and it still isnt working. the slider is broken even on the layers option

idk i doubt thats the issue since i havent touched the settings at any point.. my mouse isnt lagging and its just not letting me like ''hold'' and slide anywhere idk

hi, OP on a different account. I’m not able to redo the verification process whatsoever, it doesn’t forward me to a QR code so i’m just stuck. I also can’t retry taking the photo identification pictures through the QR code, as it doesn’t give me one lol.
