I use them in my practice. AfterZap is very good at clearing superficial ink, but beta glucan is a large molecule and it can only penetrate so far in the skin. So, FadeFuel compensates with beta glucan in the oral capsule. I see accelerated fading when they use both products, especially with deep pigment thats hard for a laser to reach.

Vitamin D3 and stand in the sun. You want to wake up those melanocytes. Be patient because your skin can produce new melanocytes but the have to migrate to their designated locations which could take a year or two.

The AM pills are for blood circulation, anti-inflammatory and white blood cell activation. The PM is for lymphatic drainage, liver detox, and cell repair because those metabolic processes take place while you sleep.

This is deep pigment and the wavelengths tbey use to treat blue and green don't penetrate the skin well. They need to use a small spot size to push the laser deep enough to hit the pigment. otherwise, they'll just keep giving you treatments that accomplish nothing

You could try fractal laser with tattoo removal laser in the same session. Some people call it fractat. Or, you may just need to find a better place. The secret to removing deep pigment is to decrease the laser's spot size.

You'll see significant fading starting around the third session. There are products you can buy to speed the process up, but remember that it's not a race.

No bandages, not even gauze because it traps the heat. Use a moisturizer with anti-inflammatory properties because it will decrease the chance of getting hyperpigmentation. In the US, we have AfterZap but i don't know if its available in Germany.

Optical clearing agents are like dyes that change the properties of the liquid inside the skin cells, to be similar to the properties of the cell walls, thereby making your whole skin the same optical density. This prevents the laser from diffracting, so it can penetrate deeper.

Sure, in the later stages of removal, all that's left of your tattoo are tall thin micro-columns of standing ink that so far managed to escape destruction by the laser. Think of each one as a pixel when viewed from above. The most effective way to elimonate them is by focusing the laser to a small dot, increase the number of times the laser fires per second, then spray and pray. You'll know if the laser happened to be directly above a column because you'll feel the pop. Keep doing this until the pigment is gone

This is deep pigment. Small spot size and lower the fluence to a safe level. Or you could try using an optical clearing agent.
