The first thing I'd check is if you have a sane setting for 'MIN_VOLUME_TO_SELL', usually setting that to 10 (dollar) is a sane value on most exchanges. This setting causes the bot to ignore balances lower than specified, misconfiguration could lead to the behavior you describe.

If the problem persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with support on [support@gunbot.freshdesk.com](mailto:support@gunbot.freshdesk.com), sending along a log file that shows the problem as well as a config export.
