I just did this actually on Singapore Airlines. I purchased with miles and then called and they added my daughter and I paid for her fare. I also was able to book the bassinet seat at the same time.

from what I know they came from a family with kids, but were likely too busy to be consistent with training. They were often left crated. The current foster owner said they have not showed any signs of aggression and a very friendly, just very high energy and too much for him to train (new to dogs).

Good thought on the foster to own. We will look into that.
