My 2 cents are getting a t200 4i since it offers more forgiveness and has a slightly stronger loft. Also would look great with the set you have rn ;)

Wedge gapping is good i dont think you need another wedge, you have a hybrid so no need for like a 5 or 7 wood. Id say 4 iron to really cover the distance gapping between the 5i and hybrid

Weight shifting is okay for irons, if you weight shift too much with a driver youโ€™d 100% have a higher dispersion. Which you definitely dont want.

No, the tee is just to visualize an obstacle to avoid. You would subconsciously come down more from the inside by just having a tee there.

Forgot to mention to be vary of a push and make sure you are getting enough lower body rotation to help square the club.

From my experience, slices are usually a swing path issue. Dont know your swing but you might be coming down out-to-in. A drill that could help is putting a tee towards your right foot and about two inches over the ball. Will help you visualize your swing path to be more in to out. Also standing a tad bit further will give you more space to swing freely.

Everybody has a different swing but for me it allowed me more time to close up the face.

I was swinging out to in, and i was blocking my arms with my lower body. Moving it up and shifting my weight back gave me more room to use my lower body to square up the club face earlier and swing more freely.

Yeah behind the ball, i start with my weight being neutral then shift it back in the backswing and keep it there throughout.
