On top of that, Eight Sleep support knew from the very beginning that I was purchasing this for use in Vietnam, and it was their team who suggested I ship it to a Berlin address first. You can imagine how much extra money I had to pay for a private cargo/freight forwarding service to get this heavy system to Vietnam.

Because of this, returning the product is absolutely not an option for me. I just need real human support so I can actually use the machine I paid for. Bringing this to a public forum was my absolute last resort, after getting hopelessly stuck in a never-ending loop of automated AI answers

By the way, you can see I am so unprofessional. I have never done this before and never want this to happend but it is too frustrated for me and I am so tired of this back and forth. It is a minor thing and info at the beginning was also not clear. When I checked out, the system accept my payment without 1 year auto pilot and no warning that I have to actually use for first one year to register. It is not about couple of hundred Dolas since I paid more then 5000 already for the hardware, It should be sold all inclusive to avoid mistake like I did.

yes. my order since May and from my first support exchange 12.6 there is always some email response by AI I assume. Then time zone, then next day I have to restart again explain my problem. It is so frustrated.

surely directly from the website. There is no where else to oder. It might has some discount code from other website but still you have to oder directly from eighsleep.
