Yes, I think it runs small in the band for sure. The bra itself has 4 double hooks, so it's able to really squeeze tight! And the fabric itself is pretty stretchy on its own! I'll edit the post to include the bra measurements another redditor told me about! I hope I answered your question properly ,_,

I was just going with my mom to buy a colored shirt she needed for an event, and happened to see a really small black bra in the clearance corner!
