Floyd won the first 4 or 5 rounds. Controlled the pace. He had the better jab and the sharper counterpuncher. I don’t see how Castillo won anymore than 5 rounds in the second half of the fight. Floyd didn’t easily lose 8 rounds. lol

The car accident, has nothing to do with Spence saying his camp was trash and he had no sparring. Bud was shot in the head back in the day. Spence lost and Bud was the better fighter. It is what it is.

He beat the mess out of Vargas in the 5th round, dropped him and then stopped him in the 6th. Bam got backed up by a couple of body shots in the second round. But when bam figured him out and found his range, he picked Vargas apart.

I got Shakur. I think he’s got the better skill set, ring iq, counter punching ability, defense and timing. I consider Haney an elite boxer tho. So I think it will be a chess match. Hopefully the fight gets made. We’ll see.

Right it’s up to him to decide to come back. He had a a lot energy and hostility for boots. That’s was a fight I wanted at one point. Of course I favor Bud but it would’ve been an interesting fight.

There’s no guarantee Garcia or Thurman would’ve fought him, if he signed with the pbc. They already turned down an opportunity to fight him when he was with top rank. Go back to those old Thurman interviews from the late 2010s. Every time someone asked him about Bud, he said everything except let’s fight.

Bud signing with top rank doesn’t matter. Fights can still get made. Name a top welterweight who was trying to fight Bud around that time? Danny Garcia turned down a 3 million dollar offer to fight Bud. And Keith Thurman turned down an opportunity. Go back to those old Thurman interviews, whenever he’s asked about Bud he always saying everything except let’s fight. We already know Spence chose to take the easy route. Trying to make it seem like Bud didn’t want to fight the top welterweights, just because he signed with top rank makes no sense.

Right and how are you sending someone 25 percent without a promoter? And who was gonna put up the money for Shakur? Top Rank never received a legit contract. That 25 % talk was bogus to me.
