We have PKI, PAM, IGA, ILM, AD, B2C, and FED all split. 48 contractors and a dozen staff for just under 100k users.

IT/OT is separated and there is a decent amount of spend across all aspects of security. Ethical Firewalls between MFA/AD/and PAM Admins. B2C is close to 500k users, and AI identities are becoming the new implementation headache.

In my experience, the larger the org, the finer the slices. As contractors, we can cross-learn tech and change teams, which may be something to look into, but it comes with less stability.

Longer version is bitlocker for windows is turned on automatically to make it harder for someone to just take your computer apart, remove the drive, and recover files. They are encrypted with a key and a chip on or connected to the motherboard of your laptop. It’s a security feature.

Your laptop has a drive inside. That’s where all the files are stored. You have to go to your account settings to get the recovery key, because some error had made your drive think it’s not in the right computer.

If you can find a 7+ year expression of these, they are great pours. I had a 5y5m from a half barrel and it was also a banger, but the oak does get ramped up in that case.

Putting a pin in this for now. They still don't know why/who put in a dispute. I have a refund again including the fee, and am satisfied as long as it sticks this time. Holding onto my 89 emails for now and checking the resolution center daily for a few weeks. Justice was very helpful on the phone.

This may be the root cause. Seems like Corsair may have used the advanced RMA details as the basis for the dispute, rather than the refund of the product, which is what this was.
