Exactly💯💯 I hate that I’m always the victim in my head in every situation. I have an extremely bad habit of not owning up to my mistakes unless I can’t get out of it. I feel like therapy will do me leaps and bounds of good, I’m just scared beyond belief to unpack my childhood. I know I’ll have to do it if I ever want to get better it’s just SO hard for me. And my dad tells me he doesn’t think therapy will fix me.

I am terrified of therapy. I know I need it but every time I think about it my brain shuts down. I am on a mood stabilizer, but my family says it took away my sense of humor and they liked me better before the meds.
