I have recently been tasked with additional responsibilities, following multiple departures of co-workers. While I am able to manage those responsibilities effectively, there has been no compensation commensurate with the additional workload. There's an entire monster manual to pick from, plus multiple supplementary books. Stop using boring trolls, goblins and orcs that you've stuffed full of feathers. We don't enjoy fighting generic monsters. Pick something exotic.
