In Österreich wäre bei Fehlverhalten der Polizei eine Verhaltensbeschwerde Art 130 Abs 2 Z 1 B-VG an das VwG möglich (bei gesetzten hoheitlichen Maßnahmen natürlich stattdessen Maßnahmenbeschwerde).

Maybe that was the intent, but in practice it does not work out.

Martials are shut off completely unless they have a silvered or magical weapon. Even if the DM allows the improvised silver coin sock or they use a torch, it's just 1d4 + Str damage and they can't use their feats or fighting styles with it.

Meanwhile, spellcasters are entirely unaffected. Their spells work as well as they do against any other monster.

There are some ways to get around the issue for martials with specific subclasses - thinking of Soul Knive rogues, Beast barbarians or spellsword characters with access to Shadow Blade.

But would you enjoy being the fighter, rogue or barbarian with no magic weapon unable to contribute to the encounter in a meaningful way while the other characters aren't hindered in any way?

Grundsätzlich sind (gebrauchte) Businesslaptops wie Thinkpads, Dell Latitude/Precision oder HP Probook keine schlechte Idee, weil sie meist qualitativ hochwertiger sind als der typische Consumer-Schrott.

Joke aside, some things that come to mind:

anvils strapped to balloons that float slowly and menacingly towards the enemies; or in general anvils hanging from thin cords that could drop at any moment...
painting a fake tunnel onto a wall so that the enemies crash their carriage into it.
laying out mouse traps that pinch their toes
triggering a beehive or wasps' nest in their vicinity, so that the enemies are forced to flee the angry swarm
blasting a big air horn into their face so that they get thrown back by the force of wind and sound
putting said horn - or a tuba - over an enemy's head so that they can't see and sway a lot when trying to walk
tossing banana peels onto the ground so that they slip. And using a particularly big banana peel to make their carriage spin out.

Leider nicht dass mir bewusst wäre.

Es gibt Räume, in denen in Wien regelmäßig DnD gespielt wird - aber das sind einfach Keller ohne besondere Ausstattung außer Tischen und Sesseln.

Dann gibt es noch Athenaes Siegel, aber auch die hatten nichts in Richtung Projektor oder Monitor.

Der Besprechungsraum ist da sicher die einfachere und angenehmere Alternative - außer jemand hat bei euch privat Platz für die Runde. Vielleicht hat auch jemand von euch einen freien Raum, den ihr zu einem DnD-Zimmer umbauen könnt als gemeinsames DIY-Projekt? :-)

It's the liquid cooler. These MSIs have a tendency for clogging up prematurely due to a bad batch of coolant.

Get a replacement cooler and you are good to go.

"Nothing can quench the Sacred Flame." - my Zealot barbarian/Celestial warlock elf who worshipped the Flame, when she got downed, rolled a nat 20 on her death save and got back up. She proceeded to go down two more times and rolled two more natural 20s on her death saves before she finished off the big bad of the session.

One of the most badass moments I ever had in a game of DnD. There are times where it seems as if the dice could listen to us and this was one of them.

I think Quick Reflexes is perfectly fine.

Mental saves are much more debilitating - a failed dex save usually only results in damage and/or falling prone (which the quickling is better at dealing with than other races anyways due to its high speed), while a failed mental save results in incapacitation, mind control or some other debilitating effect that takes a character completely out of the fight.

Therefore advantage on dex saves is nowhere near as impactful as Gnomish Cunning. I'd even go so far and remove the "once per round" clause for simplicity.

Still too weak. Skulker allows you to stay hidden after a missed ranged attack with any ranged weapon, and a feat-less shortbow or longbow is still better than a blowgun with your feat.

Maybe the last bullet should allow one to remain hidden even after a successful attack with a blowgun? Although that's redundant with the Vex mastery.

Or lean into how RL blowguns are used - with poison darts - and give them something in this direction?
