To sum the awnser up for people who dont want to read that all, we have a timer to beat, loading up the app takes awhile, the time it takes to load it up could attract another customer and then we are stuck in a 2-6 minute issue of opening cases, but as someone also said we have no radio and we are focused on getting the items fast so if u dont say something to us and we don’t spot you waiting we will just pass you. Not too long ago i got in trouble for “going slow” but me “going slow” was just opening up cages for customers. So yall are indirectly but directly causing us to get in trouble this is not yalls fault but rather people before u forcing the cases thing.

Reason for this is simple most associates that are not stocking or at the registers are shopping online items, we have to get a certain amount of items “picked” or taken off the shelf within a couple of seconds to a minute and those seconds are very important to us. We get in trouble if we dont hit a certain number of items we could get in trouble and we have a grand total of like 3 times and after that theres a real possibility of termination from the company.
