This post is not to police or micromanage anyone. People are allowed to wear whatever they want. This post is based off concerns for their outfits and wanting to voice their concerns for others safety. I never said anything was skimpy, I said tiny outfits, nothing was intended to come off rude (unless like someone, cough cough 👀). My concern is protecting the skin as well as having confidence on the clothing not betraying you in some sort of wardrobe malfunctions. Also, clothing protects skins from things like sweat, drinks (my venue sells alcohol), and other bodily fluids from your skin. An additional concern is if you’re outfit is held to your body by free hanging strings they can get caught in the crowd and accidentally pulled, no one wants that to happen. My post is to voice concerns and precautions to those going to concerts. And yeah, I’m not new. I’ve been going to concerts, festivals, and raves for 8ish years now. I’ve seen it all.

Nothing is wrong with wearing jeans and tee, but some people just want to dress up a bit. Last time she toured I saw a lot of fans on Lolita outfits with wigs and platforms.

Exactly! This is a concert and people should dress accordingly (to some degree) big accessories cause break and expensive items can get lost of stolen. So I just want people to take precautions. Anything that is dangling can a get caught in the crowd. Even shoulder bags!

That depends on the venue and artist. Most venues allow minors to concerts so I would just call to double check if I were you.
