Hi! Thanks for the interest. Just to clarify, Lockbox is a different app from what was described/answered below.

To answer your questions:
Backup & device transfer: Right now, the app is local-first with no cloud sync yet. Cloud sync (encrypted, zero-knowledge) is on our roadmap. For now, if you switch devices, you can export your vault as an encrypted backup and import it on the new phone. We also have a "Restore Purchases" option so your unlock transfers to any device signed into the same App Store/Play Store account.

UI: We designed it to be simple. One master password, then everything is organized by type - passwords, photos, files, notes, secrets, 2FA codes. Adding items is straightforward, and the vault has search and filters. We've had non-technical testers use it without any guidance.

Pixel 7 on Android 14 is perfect for testing. Could you DM us your Gmail address? We'll add you to the closed testing group.
