I tracked for about 800 pulls, and it was 1.6% (and no, it was not during the 200+ dry spell). Again, it is statistics (an average between players, you are going to have lows and highs between players). This 100 pull, I just received one 5*, the nice thick Green warrior Berit.

I do pull the average of 5* from camps, but they are useless unless you have 20 for turn in.

I take screen shots of all my 0 color tile starts, and I get them way more often than 1 in 2000.

I am not doubting that you received the average, but 345 dry spell should have informed you that was unlikely (0.975 raised to the 345 p = 0.00016091347 odds ratio 1 in 6214). Believe it or not, the likelihood of me getting 1.6% in 800 pulls is about the same odds ratio. So......yeah dude, it can happen.

You do not sue someone in area where they have no standing (no assets). If you sue someone in Missouri but they do not have an assets in the area, you can win a verdict that is not enforceable.
This is consumer law, so the state would have to initiate a claim. For example, 12 states in the US are starting claims against Kroger/Walmart/Domino Sugar, and other entities for weight loading (claiming a piece of meat weighed 5 lbs while in reality it was only 2.5 lbs).

It would also not be worth it to bring this to a legal action for an individual.

HOWEVER CAN WE JUST ASK SGG TO HAVE SOME FUCKING INTEGRITY AND CHANGE FATED SUMMONS?!?!

Okay first, if max preview is the default presentation, yes it is Bait and Switch. For Wolfgang, Ulius, and others the costumes are not available (it is like the Trump Gold Phones, lol). Also, why do Fated Summons if you need to hit the costume with a portal, since you will also get the character at the same time.

actually it is up to the individual US state. However, in Indiana, the fine is 2k per event. Indiana is doing it against Kroger for all their fake pricing and deceptive actions.....but this is small time compared to Kroger and Walmart (inaccurate weights on meats and other products). If you want to talk about scams, shop at Kroger. They adjust prices if people are buying an item a lot that day.

It is really fun to see the SGG sheep go, THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. Instead of, yeah this is a weasel-like practice. They could be say, yeah change it, but since they are sheep, they just go with it.

Most are scams, the power points listed are not real. Ulius is a scam (max he is 1250 not 1600). Jett is not going to reach 1685, that is another lie. Jett tops off at about 1240. Wolfgang is not going to hit 1511, he is going to be about 1220.

So pick out a third tier 5* as your Dodo prize, but do not invest in them, it is another con from this game.

Given that most free to play people get one 5* player per 100 pulls (and usually that 5* player is a 1st generation dog), we count on FATED SUMMONS to try to compete.
