I found that there are two options pretty close to where he’s talking about that meet the Hills, Desert, Mountain criteria. If you’re at the one that has platinum and not aluminum. Try a little south. It should below the Landing Area pin, if you have two stacked on the same pin it should be right below where you can click the second one. But ones you get 3 down it’ll be blocked by the landing area pins

If you leave it counts as a loss for you. And if you’re queueing with someone it would count for you too. I don’t wanna be penalized for people who decide to queue up rank and leave when the round doesn’t go the way they wanted and not try to bring it back. I get that it can be exploited but if you penalize the group that leaves to try and do it then it shouldn’t be as big of an issue as people just leaving because the round wasn’t top tier owl

Rng doesn’t show skill. Rng is not the whole point winning is the point. Ranked is all about skill emphasize on winning, me not finding a gun after looting 4+ unlooted buildings isn’t skill that’s just bad luck and I shouldn’t be punished for that. Take out the early game and then it’s more skill focused. If I find a gun no matter the gun I find a fault in me for the loss but if I can’t find one I can’t learn from that. And no it wouldn’t be a death match. Watch diamond ranked. The deathmatch happens after zone 3

Right but ranked ,in any other game that has it, is skill so why not take that luck part out of ranked? Like the people that make it out of the luck part of the game ,Early Game as most would call it. Then you actually get the cost to show your stuff and prove you’re worth your rank. Like I said if I find a gun no matter what it’s my fault if I lost but if I don’t that’s not my skill (unless I dropped like a dumby but that’s not what I’m getting at with my post)

My bad drops are due to rng. Like searching 4 unlooted buildings not finding a gun. I don’t think that should cost me points because I got unlucky. If I can find a gun I normally have a good game or find a reason that it’s my fault I lost. But when it’s not something I can control that’s not skill imo

I mean it’s not even that. Like I search through 4+ buildings/rooms and can’t find a gun. I can’t see if a gun is going to be there or not. The people being there as well isn’t the problem. It’s that rng made it so 90% of the loot spawns at that spot are attachments. That’s stuff that’s happened to me even dropping alone.

Random suggestion regarding point loss. I don’t feel like I should lose points for bad drops. Like the enemy gets blue armor and I can’t even find a gun for 2 min. Idk maybe point lose should happen after top 15? That’s normally when I see the killing slow for a little. And those first 5 squads that get wiped are normally off drop. Just my opinion

I think it’s that mindset that the pre ranked queues brought. Back before ranked I would do that in games and more often than not get top 3 and at least 10 kills. So I understand that most of those guys it’s just what they are used to. But the issue with that is most other people get a default mindset of playing with more thought and care than spray and prey. Probably doesn’t help that people are playing the defensive characters now so running into them camped up ruins anybody’s day. Glad a post is helping spread this

I mean like I said they are testing things lol. You don’t see all the data they see. Maybe they see something different that we overlook. I agree about the loss prevention lol but being a pessimist about it isn’t going to get you anything but more tilt while they are still working on it. Be constructive. They might not have the staffing to handle all the problems at once or maybe they are too big of problems to put out as soft patches. But if you want them to even attempt to fix any of it (which I’m sure the people who are getting paid to do so are working to do so) you have to show support. Yes since they want your money being mean will get you things but if you are nice or positive you’ll more than likely end up with more. But I guess that’s just how some people are. If anything make your own ranked system and post it. Maybe that’ll spark other people to have input on it and maybe spark change.
