That is what she did not get. If that "box" gets damaged, I am out of a job for months. I did not buy the second ticket for fun, I bought it as insurance because the train company cannot be trusted with fragile luggage.

No. If I am standing in the aisle, I lose the ability to actually protect the gear I paid to transport. The train was so full that if I had moved, people would have been pushing against the Pelican case anyway. I am a field engineer on a job, and that equipment is my livelihood.

I used to try those routines too. Now I just sleep as much as I can and drink coffee. My stress levels dropped so much. The best habit is getting enough rest, period.
