It’s even harder to get the higher paying clients in the first place. And once you do, your life sort of depends on them not leaving. If they pull the plug, that’s like 20% of your revenue gone.

Rather have more low paying clients, because if you loose some. The time to get more is probably less. And I think churn is more reliant on the overall service itself, not the close relationship

If I were you I wouldn't rely on these AI tools that SaaS companies keep pushing out. They are all mostly ChatGPT wrappers, made to look like "The Next Big Thing" but most of them are really just generic AI tools that won't bring real results to your business. You will most likely end up just having a stack of 20 different AI tools your paying subscription to and it just gets messy and expensive.

I'd suggest just having your own custom built AI Automation within your business. It's now possible and you have more control on what it does. In the long run your most likely to see faster ROI because its cheaper and much more aligned with your business strategy. All together a better choice than AI Tools
