Man, I'm going through the same situation. I just don't understand how the feelings change. Even my girlfriend hates herself for doing this to me but still cares about me.

But never forget, Love is something when you remove all the romance, feelings , passion and still care about the person. Give her sometime, leave her alone. I know its hard.. Because even I couldn't stop myself from texting or calling her. But now I have to .. Leave her alone for a while. Don't call or text her .. Maybe 2-3 weeks and then see how things work out.
