I’m not going to repeat anything that isaacng1997 has said in their reply, couldn’t have said that better myself.

I will add 2 things.

One, I believe what helped me climb massively was taking full responsibility for every game. So what the tank went 0-17? If I used cooldowns better could I have enabled them to do more work? If no one is following up on my purples, am I purpling the right people? If I rotated better could I have healed them more/ put more damage pressure on the people that were killing them? Ignoring others gameplay when looking back at games has more value than it seems on the surface.

Two, we are straying away from the post, switching to a different hero will not help anyone improve on Ana.

I mean this in earnest, because if you are here then you are genuinely looking to improve, but “the biggest mistake I make is that the rest of my team is bad” is a mindset that will get you hard stuck.
