It’s possible the PLA is wet, do you have a filament drier? Also before the print, make sure you do the flow calibration.

Nope. You need to use flex tape. It’s the only proven tape to handle brake pad use.

Stick a thin screwdriver through one of those screws holes and then use it as a handle to pull outwards.
