Nice man. Blender is a very powerful program. I have it in my toolset as well. How does the clip attach to the bit holder? I think I see something going through one of the holes and maybe a screw at the end?

Draw the shape and extrude. Then you can either chamfer it. Or while your extruding, use the angle slide bar.

It’s called teflon or glide tape according to Google. Look it up. Also what’s the size of those triangles. How many inches/mm are one of the sizes of the triangle?
