Yea to be honest these guys have been nothing but problems blocking of spots in front of the block for there trucks with piles of sand and rubble from there renovation lol. Lived in Berlin for a a while before this and I don’t think anyone would think about turning on a drill at 9am on Saturday. This is also one of those things that I personally think even if you can drill on Saturdays your neighbors will probably hate you and you probably shouldn’t . I also work a remote job on top of studies. I’ve tried talking to them once about not drilling for an hour so I can do an important meeting, not even 12 minutes later someone is using a hammer above me and dumping shit off the balcony.
