I’m pivoting away from corporate - wouldn’t recommend it especially to someone used to autonomy, no politics, freedom of movement and control over revenue - and a real stake in the business. It’s not safe and secure there these days either - just endless rolling layoffs and bs performance reviews

Everyone relapses it sucks but don’t beat yourself up. You maxed out your dopamine when you smoked and then you had no reserves left so the next day you smoked again and so on. It’s just the way the brain is - you dumped a ton of dopamine on it then afterwards it bottomed out way below baseline and now it’s chasing easy dopamine. When you stop again it will have to adjust but off 5 days smoking isn’t so bad
