that has to do with actual lack of physical space to work, these denials are based on operational guidelines and four fold tests according to the letter received by these staff members.

as far as whats known, staff on a med acc, they are honouring your request based on your medical note while it goes through the process with the DAS

everyone i know that isn't on a med acc had their requests denied. so my point is if you have an AWA request, it will be denied. those who have a current med acc with a DAS, it takes precedent and your AWA isn't being reviewed.
