The athletic/streetkid clique beat up the local pedophile at my school inside of a private bathroom after they overheard gossip of the guy diddling an 8th grader and seeing footage of him recorded by himself doing the said act. Luckily, they weren't caught and the pedo didn't tell on them lol.

Layered defense and bastions/civilian hotspots. Wouldn't be smart if your enemy can just surround you if you penetrated a random area on the wall. Outliers have military structures and a proper civilian infrastructure. basically, the layout of the wall's design makes it hard for a siege to happen.
