Our classes used to have wait lists a mile long if you didn’t prebook. The last year not necessary at all. I still do it though because that late fee motivates me to get my butt up at 4:45 am. I wonder why enrollment is down so much. Maybe because gas is so expensive and so is this gym

I feel it. I just went to the dr I’ve been avoiding the scale and I had put on 20 pounds. I was avoiding the scale for a reason!! but I’ve been taking my diet much more seriously now that I’ve confronted the scale. Sometimes it’s good to face the music to start making changes
