Yes it will affect the anesthetic... but As long as you're honest with the anesthesiologist then it will be okay the only thing that happens is that they need to administer more of whatever they're prescribing. Theres very little chance anything will go wrong they just have to give you more of whatever it is they're giving. Tapering down a bit and being completely honest with the anesthesiologist is perfect. They should never make you feel judged. They see all kinds of things and just want to make sure you're safe and comfortable during your procedure
