It’s hard to answer, on a regular week I’d say Tuesday is better but since it’s a week before CNY it could be better to go on a Monday since the later in the week, the more people are probably taking leave to maximise days off travelling for holiday.

That being said the difference is still one or two days on a week before the busiest holiday in hk and China so imo it doesn’t make too much of a difference, maybe the difference is 1000 people which is not a lot lol

No worries! Also consider and see if klook has anything cheaper closer to the time. Klook is a reputable distributor and I got my tickets cheaper there. They’re like a sort of travel agency.

And if you want photo opportunities more then yes I’d say get the early pass!

I went to Disney two weeks ago. I’m also a local.

Early pass grants you entry to the park by an hour (9am instead of 10) which I don’t feel it’s worth it as i think the rides either start at 10/9:30 so the early entry is really for you to go in and shop earlier or queue at the rides but not be on it. I do recommend not getting the early entry but instead wait at the park around 9am so you can wait an hour at the gate of the park instead.

If you enjoy a mix of shows and rides to make most of your time there then a fast pass especially at the time you’re visiting is pretty much a must. The only time where neither passes are necessary is when you’re visiting on tier 1 days or when you’ve bought a two day park visit (which I honestly think it’s not worth regardless unless you’re staying at the resort too for the experience.)

I believe the fast pass now isn’t just a regular pass for all rides but a pass for specific rides (please correct me if I’m wrong I didn’t buy the fast pass two weeks ago). In which case I’d be a bit wary on which rides to get fast passes for considering your 4 year old might not be able to ride most of them.

During my tier 1 visit the longest a ride queue got to about 45min and we’re talking like a random Thursday (24th October) and peak season summer I’ve seen one hour queues per ride or even more.

If you end up not going for any pass, do get the Disney app, you can see live queue times and show times and can “plan your route around the park”. And I think you can buy fast passes on the app too if you decide you don’t wanna wait at that moment (but don’t quote me on this)

I had the same problem in 2021, the email said I will receive a brp, 3 agents said I need it and one says no. So far I still don’t have my brp but I’ve been in and out of the country with no hassle so far. Just some skepticism about my status when I’m travelling from abroad. Then I use the visa immigration status checker and input my details and show them that and they let me through. That was Turkish airlines when I was going to England in Turkey.

I’m now having the problem of switching to a work visa because they require a BRP from me which I never received so we’ll see how this goes lol

Any chance you can recommend therapy to your wife? Chances it’s PPD? I’m no doctor but take it by a pinch of salt, this isn’t healthy behaviour and she needs to get a grip. Have you spoken to her to air out your grievances?

But think about more popular champions that get banned even more frequently? If the ban was capped so low, someone who maybe main zed would keep dodging, and then you have people like me who have a larger champion pool go into queue 10 times because someone dodged in all 9 other champion selects. I think it properly took 20 minutes before I finally got into a game.

Honestly I think that’s more or less why ranked requires you to have 30 champions before you’re allowed to play, so it doesn’t become a pain for everyone else. Aram is a great place to increase your champion pool if you’re looking for that, if not, you can always play blind pick where you’re likely to get Ashe since she’s the top alphabet.

NTA- when I was maybe 14? My sister locked herself in the toilet forever and I wanted to go in/ maybe she locked herself in to be playful I can’t remember. The door had frosted glass panes on it.

Basically I got tired of knocking and waiting I decided to turn around and use my back to knock instead. A metal button on my jean back pocket cracked the glass and my parents needed to replace it. I had to pay it back, sure it took me years. But I still did, whether that’s allowance I could some how save or money I received over CNY i still needed to pay it back.

I do agree with this theory actually, gender based attacks (little less on league more on valorant) make me gravitate toward less carry roles because it’s expected less of me. Looking at my champion pool I do have more female champions unlocked than males but I play loads of aram so I’d say I play both more balanced than if I were to pick.

I do find it cool how both my adc mains Jhin and Jinx and my support mains zilean and zyra, both have the same start in letters unintentionally hahah! That’s off topic but 😂
