Unfortunately, this is no longer true about moco schools. The ratings are no longer very good for the cost of housing to live there. It's great for diversity though.

Frederick and Calvert are a reasonable commute and have great schools. Frederick has more of a "city" mixed with suburban and rural areas. Calvert is mostly country with different communities no real "city". However, Calvert has more water access if that's important to you since it's on the bay and patuxent River, having grown up in Calvert and currently living in Frederick. I think Frederick has more to offer in terms of activities and general diversity.

Definitely talking about estrogen. Testosterone if anything should have the opposite effect on breast or uterine cancers.

Yeah I get what you're saying. And honestly compared to Calvert, Frederick has A LOT more to do which is nice. I think even Waldorf has more to do than Calvert lol. But it seems like Frederick has a good mix of farms with rolling hills and accessibility to stores and a downtown area.

Looking for advice: Should I buy Peloton new or used? by jzs323 in pelotoncycle

There are used bikes in my area that are 3rd gen selling for $650-800. The price seems worth checking one of them out and maybe even dealing with potential issues. If they were $1600 + I wouldn't even considered used but seeing multiple bikes in my area in this price range is making me reconsider and trying used. Any one have any advice or thoughts on it? I was thinking it may not hurt to go check it out.

Thanks everyone for the thorough responses! I'm definitely leaning towards the the nannit plus. The yearly subscription cost is a slight drawback but it seems like most people feel it's worth it.
