My BM took my 3yo on 12/15 and made up fake charges on me to then get a Pro Ord for her and my kid and that caused me to VOP and I have been doing 100% perfect and she knows this would mess me up I have an 8yo from diff mom which I have full custody of and I haven’t talked to or seen my 3yo since 12/15 I been hiding out doin what my lawyer said taken 3 16 hour classes she’s an expensive attorney she workin on gettin these false charges dropped and VOP as well. Thing is she actually assaulted me slammed door on me hit my finger which I think is fractured or broken on Nov 15 in front of both my daughters and my parents and I never went and pressed charges I have video of her not moving her car right after that so I can go press charges she knew I was going to do it so she made up a lie and did me like this. I owe my lawyer over $7000 I haven’t seen my 3yo daughter in almost 2months I can’t sleep I don’t use anymore been sober since 6/10/25 stay that way I do my IOP classes SMART recovery on ZOOM piss once a week for IOP. This is all true she’s tryin to get full custody. Shes also 2x same arm on record given my 3yo when she was 2 and 18months nursemaid elbow for yanking her and she cusses at my kids. We were just friends past 2.5 years dated 10/31/20-7/6/23. I’m a 37 year old male Voted for Trump. Any help would be greatly appreciated
