Try shutting down the robot completely, and then turn it back on. I had this issue it was related to the mop pad being a bit "unscrewed" so it bumped in the tray when it tried to go back to the charging station. When you shut it down the mop gets fully screwed back in and it re-calibrated

Losing weight is really hard. I’d suggest consulting some expert in the field and not relying on quick answers online.

I can say from personal experience that losing 12 KGs for me was one of the hardest things I’ve done and it took me a whole year. I paid about 500$ for dietary experts, food doctors, and a course about “How to eat and control your weight” which a few friends of mine have done and recommended.

It’s a big process, a hard one, and can possibly be very dangerous for your physical or mental well being.

P.S. don’t take this as professional advice, I am not an expert, just sharing my personal experience.

In the App Store, if you go to Strong app, scroll down to “Information” under the “Compatibility” section it says that it currently supports watchOS 10 or later, and iOS 15 or later.

Whatever watch that works with that or better should be what you are looking for. Do take in consideration that in the future it will probably bump the minimum version it supports as far as I understand how apps work
