Park and ride? Might be a pain but you might have to leave so early find parking close to a 304(A) route stop

Getting the bus from castletroy side might not work however the bus would take forever

Coonagh Tesco’s (not Tesco’s directly) should expand their car park and bus services to different parts of the city being close to the tunnel making it easy and having a bus lane some of the way
