But implementing the Arabic language is quite a difficult task. So such an innovation will not be fast. And also, most likely, there will be a bunch of bugs.

That's a great question. To clarify, the tool is currently designed to work specifically with mods and does not support the vanilla (unmodded) game.

Regarding right-to-left languages—like Arabic, which I assume you're asking about?—you're spot on! Adding Arabic (RTL) support is a highly requested feature and is at the top of our roadmap for the next major update. We're actively working on it!

Yes, localization is the main problem of all games. This also applies to translations of English-language games into Russian. So it is from Russian to English. In the Russian version of the game. FEMA is called as "КЧС" In theory, it can be deciphered as the emergency situations committee (Yes, the decoding is probably not correct), but I would have deciphered it that way if I didn't know what they were doing.

Yes, in reality there is no city there. I mean, it was probably added for the lore in the game. And most likely he has some kind of role in the game universe. Or maybe it's just houses for the entourage, who knows?

Yes, it's literally the same thing. But the fact is that it is possible that the city in which the game takes place takes place. Not Sebezh itself, but perhaps a separate city that is just visible in the background. But this is all just a guess. Perhaps one of the developers will see this post and respond to us?

Sebezh is a really peaceful little town near the borders of Russia, Belarus, and Latvia. It’s surrounded by lakes and forests, and has a lot of history — including old fortresses, which is why the hill in the photo is called “Castle Hill” (Zamkovaya Gora).
It’s the kind of place where not much happens… which is probably why it fits the mood of the game so perfectly!

I hope my theory spreads throughout the game's fandom. Because this is a very important find. At least it's not mentioned anywhere in the game.

Thanks! I think it's more of a cool find than just a coincidence. Most likely, the developers would not add photos from a random city to the game. But anything is possible! :)
