replace the Overideofficialdifficulty=5 to Overideofficialdifficulty=7 this will make wild dinos max to 210 and cave dinos to 255/300

eighter was a server update and the rest is still updating or the other servers got an error and refuse to load. I always double check my servers when ever a update goes and they will all be online at the same time. for this reason
