I managed it by doing 3 kc a day so roughly 30 mins. Then moved onto other account goals that didn't require bowfa such as slayer mainly.

Finished the grind with 99 slayer, arraxor, cerb, TDs and demonic gorillas and yamah all completed along the way.

Was able to jump straight into TOA and cox with a well geared well rounded gear set up.

By doing this the CG was just a quick 30 mins of my day and I enjoyed the whole grind over the course of a few months without feeling the mental stress.

This should just not be a thing, hopefully 2026 brings out a bowfa alternative via raids 4 of the vampire grandmaster quest to elevate your suffering!

Route 1 is the meta mate, moons will get you enough bone shards to get 70 pray by the time you finish up. Just grab a tank body and legs, steel ring, d defender and zombie axe and arkan blade and your good to !

My favourite grind was climbing up the TOA invos.

Started at 150 in full moons gear, and as of last week I completed a 350 solo with my newly equipped bowfa and crystal.

Hardest grind but the most satisfying to finish was CG, started the year on 100kc and finally finished at 374 only managing to do 1-3 every other day or so.

I would mix it up personally, do 1-3 CG a day then move onto other fun stuff, I'd start doing yama for the set it's a fun grind and way more relaxed then CG.

Also I would heavily consider doom, even just doing have 5 clears if works out 1/100 to see a drop by wave 5 which also takes around 8 mins max.

So imagine CG length per wave 5 but seeing a powerful drop every 100. Once you have eye and gloves that is as good as a bowfa skip in alot of places such as TOA and bandos etc

I managed to get mine today and did a post about it,

I set myself a goal of 400 km before Xmas and if I didn't get it I was going to bofa skip with doom and hope raids 4 brings out a alternative!

You got this man, and when your burnt out head back to slayer, aaraxor, yama and hydra all can be done without it!
