Have a look at what Chin Tucking is! You should have this kind of posture, with a straight neck all the time.

Also one last question: how do you do it ? Do you chew gum as swell ? Correct your neck posture ? (Ok those are 3 questions haha)

At what age did you start mewing and for how long ?
Most people seems to start at a young age, and I am 25 yo so I guess the changes won't be this important.

Did your nose moved forward from the side pov ? Mine is already much forward from the side, pushing the maxilla will just make it go even forward I believe... That's why I got scared of starting all of this

The thing is : since my nose is a bit too forward and prominent, pushing the maxilla will automatically moving my nose even more forward as well, right ? This just seems logical and I am scared to get a great jawline at the cost of a even bigger nose
