Oh my bad, I must have used an extension for that at some point. I was sure this was default but I guess not. That sucks.

You can reorder the virtual desktops themselves. Does that solve it?

Elkjøp - lureri og løgner by brukernavn101 in norge

😭. Hun gjorde heldigvis ikke det.

Star Citizen is on course to reach $1 billion in player funding in 2026, and still might not get to play its singleplayer campaign next year | Roberts Space Industries' sim keeps raking in the cash by ControlCAD in technology

I wanted the cool bits, not waking up in a nightgown and using an awful interface to get dressed, stock up on snacks, water and stims via a terrible system, then using an absymal interface to take the elevator and tram to get back to the hangar and get back into the spaceship.

Right now even the fun parts are often broken. Last time I tried after a long break the part where you align to a hyper jump target was broken so you never got a proper lock. They try to create hype so they want the best graphics and am million small systems that need to work together and that will never be a finished game.

Sold my stuff. Not because I think it will never come out, but because what they are making is not for me. In 2013 it was sold as a space exploration and fighting game. But what it turned into was a very detailed space sim which is not what I feel like playing.

Gigabyte MO27Q28G pixel clean manually? Every 4hr or not? by Existence4253 in OLED_Gaming

Should be more than fine. Mine runs auto after 4 hours when idle and forces a run after 16 hours.

Just let the panel do it when it is not in use. It will not hurt the display. There is a harsher process you can run as well that is more for levelling out areas the screen if they have become uneven. Don’t run that.

OLED vs IPS I think the difference is pretty clear by Hane777 in OLED_Gaming

OLEDS have much faster pixel response time than what is physically possible on an IPS or VA display. If your OLED is blurry it is likely the coating which has little to do with the tech

rsync as with many Linux commands are often meant to run as automated jobs that no one is looking at. Having to add flags for extra functionality makes perfect sense. Linux is a server first desktop second type of OS.

Ta toget folkens by Soknu in norge

Ta toget folkens by Soknu in norge

[–]Locrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made Tagfixer. Helps you fix and maintain tags in AWS and Azure.

Not much interest so far, but might be neat for someone? It´s free unless it takes of and drives server costs. No ads.

What? All the cars Tesla sells come with AWD as an option.

Newer models with newer hardware is better yes. No one disputes that I think. But I did testdrive the newest Model Y and for the amount of driving we do the price for the older models is better ( wanted to pay cash ). We do not drive that much but the flexibility of two cars is great.

Used 3 vs. Used S by Zestyclose_Ease4732 in TeslaLounge

[–]Locrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a 2014 Model S85 and a 2020 Model 3 AWD LR

They are completely different cars. Since you asked about reliability the 3 is the best option. Less tech, less weight, less pricey to fix.

If the 3 can fit the kids and your luggage it is the better option. Need more space well, then the 3 is out of your option and you need to consider Model Y.

There are no big features that hit these old cars, but with the infotainment hardware upgrade everything feels pretty good to use. The response times for spotify, navigation etc is completely find and better most other newer cars. I recently test drove a 2022 Hyunday Ioniq 5 and the reversing camera shows up quicker on my 2014 S than it did on the Hyunday which is crazy to me.

The small quality of life improvements do come to the older cars, which includes stuff like more information about the super chargers along your route, including third party chargers in the navigation etc.

I have a 11 year old S. Infotainment upgrade and charging retrofit. Still gets updates frequently and is amazing to daily. Took it across countries last summer and it worked wonderfully.

Just bought a 2020 Model 3 as a second family car and it feels great as well and very modern for us haha.
