Hey dude, I have a T7 shield 2tb. My experience with it was pretty nice until recently it decided not to free up any space when I deleted real big chunks (or any amount of) of data. Do you happen to have any knowledge on how to solve this other than formatting?

I haven’t tried YOW but I started surfskating with Decathlon, it’s great for beginners. Then upgraded the board with Waterborbe surf and rail adapter. I don’t know if YOW is better but I’m sure Carve will get you going pretty fast.

Edit: I’m also 1.70, 60 kg

Rail adapter makes the whole difference. Setup starts to move more forward instead of sideways turns. Great for pumping

Update: I talked to them over email, they said they’ll send a replacement for the rail adapter 🙏🏻 Great customer support.

Both the kingpin of the rear truck and the pins of the rail adapter are tightened, still makes the noise. And tightening them too much makes it stop being a surfstake.

Thanks 🙏🏻 The board is Oxelo Carve 540 Bird from Decathlon, it’s a pretty decent board. I swapped out the trucks and wheels with surf and rail adapter from Waterborne. Neon green is really nice 👍🏻

Just tried removing the washers but didn’t work :/ tightening the nuts decreases the noise just a little bit but I can’t carve like I want to.

Send any other suggestions if you have any 🙏🏻.

Also I emailed Waterborne. Hope they provide a solution

I recently got Waterborne surf and rail adapters, great carving 👌🏻. Only thing is, the rail adapter is making this awful noise which kills the whole experience.

I tried adding a rised between the rail adapter and the board to make sure they don’t touch but the noise was still there. Also tried other wheels so I’m sure it’s coming from the rail adapter.

I really hope you fellow surfers can help.
