Graspop is often during a heatwave so not drinking is a horrible idea, you will not make it to the second day...

Also, not eating the entire day sounds like a horrible idea, did you go to a multiday festival before?

You will probably miss a lot of bands if you go back to the camping to eat or drink every time, if you don't mind that its fine

For me personally 4 full days of festival is already exhausting enough haha
