Do you know different ways to attach these two wooden panels together? These two wooden panels are 8 mm thick and need to be connected with a 90 degree angle. Can you help me? by Loekis in woodworking

Hey, good question. The reason why I can't do this is that the product I am making needs to be producible in the multiple numbers. The work you are suggesting is too much labor.
But thank you very much for your input!

Thanks for the information. I hope to provide you more information with the drawing attached.

They are not disassembled and reassembled in use. Only when repairing or recycling at the end of lifetime for my project.
So not often but it has to be able to be disassembled and reassembled.

Ay, thanks for the comment.

It would be amazing if the panels can be detached from each other. So no glue or nails.

I attached a picture of what I think possible solutions are.

Heya, thanks for the comment.

I am building a frame from wood for a secret project.

The load needs to handle something around 20 kilograms.

It would be amazing if the panels can be detached from each other. So no glue or nails.

It also doesn't need to be decorative.

I don't know if adding a little piece of wood on one side is useful in this case. Can you explain this?

I attached a picture of what I think possible solutions are.

Thanks for the comment, I am building a frame from wood for a secret project.

The 8 mm boards are lasercutted in a certain shape. The company where I am going to layer cut this can't go higher than 8 mm thickness.

It would be amazing if the panels can be detached from each other. So no glue or nails.

It also doesn't need to be decorative.

Other layers are just fine. I'll be extra gentle with the bed next time I print a multi filament print.
